Everything you need before your Image Premiere
From here to your Ordering Session, this guide will walk you through every product option, help you know exactly who you're shopping for, and make sure you arrive ready to design your senior's story.
I had such a great time working with you! It would mean the world to me if you'd take a moment to leave a review over on Google about your experience.
This helps other seniors and families find me, and it allows me to help them have the same great experience you just had. It genuinely makes a difference — and I read every single one.
Leave a Google ReviewClick "Leave a Google Review" above — it'll open my review page in a new tab.
If you're not already signed in, Google will ask you to log in with your account first.
Select a star rating and share a few words about your session — what you loved, what stood out.
Hit submit and you're done! Thank you so much for taking the time.
Approximately two weeks after your session, we'll have your Image Premiere & Ordering Session — this is when you get to see your image gallery revealed and view your images for the very first time!
During this time, we'll sit together to live design all of your products. I'll help you design exactly how your albums, image boxes, storyboards, and wall art collections will look, so you know precisely how everything will appear before it's even sent off to my professional print labs.
Since this is the one time we're together to order your products, it's crucial that everyone who wants a say in the decision-making process is there to help! This is when we'll be placing your order and picking which products work best for your family.
Payment is also due this day. Once we've finished your Image Premiere, I'll finish designing all of your archive-quality photo products, make sure everything looks perfect, and get them sent off to the lab. I'll check one more time before packaging everything in signature wrapping and letting you know they're ready for pickup!
Your images shouldn't just sit on a USB drive collecting dust — you should be displaying them for everyone you love to see. Portraits document who you are as a person, and that's why we offer custom wall art options for every client.
When you choose a wall art collection, we'll design each canvas to make sure it's optimized for your space, using live design software so you can see your space come to life before anything is ordered.
If you think you'll be choosing a canvas or wall art collection, please make sure to measure the spaces where you envision installing them, so we can design the collection to fit perfectly in your home.
Before your Ordering Session, walk through your home with your phone and snap a few photos of the walls you're considering for wall art. It takes five minutes and makes designing your collection so much easier.
Hold your phone straight on to the wall, not at an angle.
Stand directly in front of the wall and hold your phone parallel to it, rather than off to one side. A straight-on photo gives us the truest sense of proportion, so we can design a collection that actually fits the space.
Avoid shooting from an angle or from across the room.Don't just think about the obvious spots. Walk from room to room and photograph anywhere you could picture a piece hanging: hallways, the end of a hallway, a stairwell wall, above a sofa or console table, an entryway, or a landing.
The more spaces you send, the more options we have to work with together.Back up far enough to get the entire wall in frame, from floor to ceiling, including any furniture, outlets, or light switches nearby. This helps us plan around what's already there.
Once you've got your photos, upload them through our app, StoryWalls, ahead of your Ordering Session. Feel free to jot a quick note on which room is which, so nothing gets mixed up.

Designed to fit perfectly in your home in any space, we offer metal, acrylic, and canvas wall portrait options. Whether you need a whole hallway designed or a nook, we're here to help you display your favorite memories on your home's walls forever.
This is our absolute favorite product since it allows you to have all your portraits in one place. Each album is crafted with the best materials and designed to the highest standards, allowing you to have a beautiful, archive-quality product that can be passed down for generations to come.
A constant favorite for all of my clients, the storyboard allows you to have your favorite photos displayed in a collage format ready to be displayed on your wall. These have the option of either being framed or on a wood backing for a modern, contemporary feel.
This is great for coffee or entryway tables and comes with 20 of your favorite prints mounted in a heirloom-quality wood box. These can either be framed, or — my personal recommendation — displayed on an easel so you can rotate them throughout the year and never worry about having the same exact photo displayed all the time.
These are an elegant and classy take on a traditional framed portrait for your side table. Printed with an inch-thick acrylic glass, it's an instant eye-catcher and makes for the perfect gift for friends and family that's sure to be a conversation piece.
We know how important digital files are to our clients, and that's why we're pleased to offer these in our two top collections. When you choose a collection with digital files, they also come with a personal print release, so you have the option of printing these as needed for family and friends up to 11x14 in size.

As you look through the product guide, jot down what you're thinking of ordering, who it's for, and where it's going. Bring this list with you to your Ordering Session to help guide the conversation.
We'll be placing your order during this time, which means everyone who wants a say in the final decision should be there — mom, dad, grandparents, siblings, whoever you want involved. Send them a reminder!
When designing your wall art, it's important to know how big of a space we're working with. Tape a piece of printer paper to the wall and take a photo. Unsure where you'll be putting your wall art? Take a photo of any common area — we're here to help!
Have any existing wall art, albums, or portrait products in your home that you need to match? Take note of these and snap a photo. We work with many of the top labs in the country and are able to match these as needed.

We can't wait to see you at your Ordering Session.
This is when we'll sit down together at my studio to go over all of your images. This is also when you'll select your favorite images and where I'll help you design all of your portrait products, so you know exactly how everything will look before it's even sent off to the print labs. You'll be placing your order this day, too.
Your Ordering Session will take place at our studio: 113 W 7th St, Vancouver, WA 98660. Get directions on Google Maps.
Please plan for your ordering session to take about 90–120 minutes, though some design sessions will be quicker. This allows us to fully design everything without being rushed.
We accept all major credit cards, cash, or checks for your senior portrait orders. We also offer a payment plan option through a third-party provider — just let us know if you're interested and we'll walk you through the details.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for all of your portrait products to be ready, as we source everything from the best labs — sometimes this means they're coming from European print labs.
Due to the custom nature of your portrait order and how quickly the labs begin printing, all orders are final. That's exactly why we do this together — so you can get all of your questions answered, see the products, and make sure everything is absolutely perfect before we're done.
All of our products come with a lifetime guarantee for anything outside of normal wear and tear. While extremely rare, if a product ever malfunctions — like an album binding coming loose or wall art mounting separating — just give us a call and we'll get it replaced, no questions asked.
If you loved your experience, chances are someone in your life is about to start their own senior photo search. Send them your way — when they mention your name and book a session, you'll both be thanked for it.
